Dear visitors,

currently no rentals are taking place. For this reason, no terms and conditions apply at this time. Once rentals resume, the corresponding terms will be published here.

Reference points from the previous rental period

For information only, the following points outline the conditions that previously applied. These are not binding terms – they only serve as advance information and will be confirmed in the actual rental contract once rentals resume.

• Minimum stay: 3 nights
• Check-in: from 2 p.m. (earlier arrival possible on request)
• Check-out: until 11 a.m.
• Cleaning fee: 30 € per stay
• Bed linen and towels: included in the price
• Children under 2 years: free of charge
• Underground parking: 10 € per night, optional
• Summer surcharge: +25 % from 1 July to 30 September
• House rules: non-smoking, no pets
• Payment: previously by bank transfer or in cash on arrival
• Cancellation: exact cancellation terms are stated in the booking confirmation
